Letter to House and Senate Appropriations Subcommittees on Energy and Water Regarding Ethanol Testing

The Association and Alliance advised members of the House and Senate Appropriations Subcommittees on Energy and Water Development that the Department of Energy (DOE) has failed to use any additional money previously authorized to expand and accelerate its testing of intermediate fuel blends on conventional vehicles, and requests that the Subcommittee direct DOE to complete recommended vehicle testing before deciding whether or not to allow higher ethanol blends.
