Statement Regarding Federal Court’s Dismissal of Legal Challenge to EPA’s Partial E15 Waiver

WASHINGTON, DC, AUGUST 17, 2012 – Global Automakers is disappointed with today’s decision by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit to dismiss the petitions challenging the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s grant of a partial waiver permitting gasoline with 15 percent ethanol (E15) in 2001 and newer model  vehicles.
