The comments supplement comments that Global Automakers submitted to the agency on February 7, 2011. These include:  guide-lines; response time; system durability; display luminance; and image measurement.

Global Automakers Submits Letter to Utah ATAE on Proposed Franchise Bill

Global Automakers submitted a letter to the Utah ATAE in response to the Utah Dealers' proposed franchise legislation. The letter provides amendments to certain aspects of the current Utah Code with respect to the rights and obligations of dealers and manufacturers distributing or selling motor vehicles in the state.
