WASHINGTON, DC, SEPTEMBER 27, 2013 – As new automotive safety technologies become more mainstream, such as crash avoidance, it makes sense that consumer information programs evolve with it. Our members have and continue to invest billions of dollars developing and implementing advanced safety technologies, making current models among the safest vehicles ever made. The Association believes consumers should have information about crash protection so they can make educated buying decisions.
