Alternate Fuels
Our members are engaged in developing a diverse range of advanced technology vehicles powered by natural gas, hydrogen fuel cells, clean diesel, electricity, and sustainable biofuels. Our members sold the first, and now the most, hybrid vehicles in the U.S. Our members also offer the only hydrogen fuel cell and natural gas-powered vehicles available to consumers in the U.S. and soon will sell the first zero-emission mass-market battery electric vehicle.
