Pedestrian deaths in the U.S. are declining, in part because of our members’ innovative vehicle designs that reduce injuries to pedestrians when a car and pedestrian collide. Ahead of government regulations, our members have invested in researching real-world crash data, computer simulations of crashes, and actual crash testing with dummies.
